Where are the products located and shipped from?
All of our products are located and shipped from within Australia. The location of our warehouses can vary based on stock levels and demand; products are kept within either Victoria or New South Wales.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and all of the other payment methods listed on our website.
Is delivery free?
Yes, all orders placed in Australia come with fast and free delivery Australia wide.
What if my order is delayed?
Sometimes orders may be delayed, if this is the case and you are wondering where your order is, first read our ‘Shipping Information’ page for further info, then check your Shipping Confirmation email you received, this can often end up in your spam/junk folder. What if some of my tests are faulty?
If you receive a faulty test (control line not registering), please make contact via the Contact Us page and we will issue a refund or another test/s.
Is it easy to return my test if I change my mind?
If you have a change of mind return this can be processed within 14 days however, if the test has been used and is not faulty, we are unable to return it due to the use of bodily fluids.
