LickSticks come with a comprehensive instruction guide. The basic instructions far saliva testing are as follows:

1. Remove test from packaging and take off cap
2. Place test collection pad inside your mouth and rub on the inside of your cheeks
3. To allow more saliva collection, place collection pad under your tongue
4. Once red indicator appears, remove from mouth and wait 2-5 minutes to read test

You will be able to read test results in less than 5 minutes!
